Many of us set New Years Resolutions and most of us don’t keep them. I can’t count the number of times I’ve declared that THIS will be the year I get in shape and every year I decide the shape I am is acceptable to me.
Rebel Wilson has turned her 2020 resolution into her “Year Of Health” and is sharing her progress on her fitness journey!

Rebel announced at the beginning of the year that this would be her “Year of Health.”
Clearly, it has paid off for her, because she looks amazing!
Of course, she’s always been gorgeous, but it’s awesome to see that her hard work and dedication to her fitness journey is yielding the results that she wants.
“Even if you have to crawl towards your goals, keep going, it will be worth it,” Rebel had said in an Instagram post.
“Try and give a little bit of effort each day…I know some days are frustrating as hell, you feel like giving up, you get annoyed at the lack of progress…but good things are coming your way! What are your goals this year?” she wrote.
Rebel then revealed her own goal for the year.
“I’ll be honest with you guys – with my “Year of Health” mission I’m trying to get to 75kg’s and career wise am trying to get one of my movies into production before the end of the year!” she wrote. 75kgs works out to about 165 pounds. Impressive!
“Both of these things are requiring a daily effort and there’s constant set backs – but I’m working hard!”
It’s awesome to see Rebel putting in so much hard work!
