One of the hardest parts about losing weight can be the mental block when it comes to food. Food can be a huge source of happiness for people, and sometimes, when things get rough, we need to take happiness wherever we can get it.
Rebel Wilson understands that and has opened up in a new interview about her weight loss journey.

Rebel Wilson has been killing it this year when it comes to her fitness goals.
Rebel wrote on Instagram at the start of the year that ” for me 2020 is going to be called ‘The Year of Health’ – so I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it!”
“Who’s with me in making some positive changes this year?”
Clearly, her hard work has been paying off, as fans can’t get over the dramatic transformation that Rebel has gone through. Of course, she’s always been beautiful, but it’s amazing to see her hard work and dedication pay off.
It hasn’t been easy, though.
When asked about her fitness journey on the radio , Rebel replied “It’s hard! I theme my years, last year was the year of love and yeah that didn’t work out. So I was determined that this year is the year is health and I’m determined to succeed in this mission.”
“It’s been going really good, it’s tough.”
“I’m not only working on the physical side but I am working on the emotional side. I’m a bit of an emotional eater. So I’ve been trying to work on my mind, listen to a lot of podcasts about it and trying to learn and grow,” she said.
“It is half in your mind as well.”
“It’s been going well though. Hopefully by the end of this pandemic I’ll be ripped!”
I don’t know about you but this has definitely inspired me! I’ll get right on my fitness journey as soon as I finish this entire sleeve of Oreos.
