Whether you’re snapping 240 blurry pics to prove that you attended an Ed Sheeran concert, or accidentally sending nudes to your mom, you’ve gotta love that ghostly son of a gun.

Mostly, we want to be puppies.
Certain filters smooth out imperfections, whereas others are meant to completely change your voice and face for comedic effect.
The new filters are odd, to say the least.
Now you can apply a filter to your face that gives you more masculine or feminine features, essentially making you look like a completely different, yet oddly realistic person.
People have been using the filters to get up to some trickery.
This guy used the filter to make himself appear like a woman, and made a Tinder profile to see how many matches his female alter ego would get . He ended up getting over 300 matches, but people weren’t too pleased when they learned the truth.
Another guy was playing around with the filter for fun.
He’d seen other crazy funny results online, so he thought he’d give it a go.
Some people ended up looking uncannily like their siblings or parents, and others just looked like an oddly similar version of themselves, so he didn’t really know what to expect.
After taking the photo, he noticed that something was a LITTLE off.
He didn’t look like himself, but he recognized his face from somewhere. Not his family. Not any of his friends.
It pretty much drove him mad trying to figure it out.
When he realized who it was, he took to the internet for confirmation.
I mean, he doesn’t really look like Gina. Even if you turn your head a little to the side and—oh my god. Oh my god he does look like her.
The public unanimously decided that he 100% looked like Gina from the show Brooklyn 99.
“Haha I showed this to my bf” one person writes, “He goes ‘oh it’s Gina’ (frowned) ‘no it’s not Gina??'”
You’re not alone bro. We’re all really confused here.

No one has been able to confirm thus far that it isn’t a Brooklyn 99 screenshot so I’m not taking _anyone’s_word until we know for sure. Seems pretty convincing to me.
The filter makes him look like Chelsea Peretti, the actress behind Gina Linetti.
Her face is Gina’s face…and apparently this guy’s face?
He’s pulling some serious Arya Stark many-faced-God type action here.
But you really have to judge for yourself.
Are people freaking out for no reason, or is this some conspiracy theory stuff we’re dealing with?
Someone should probably tell Chelsea about how identity theft works.

Either way, these filters are giving me a major identity crises, so I think I’m steering clear.
Unless It gets me celebrity street cred of course.
