Sounds like a nightmare, but, it happened to one TikTok user and the results were horrifying.
Jaylynn Butler of Wisconsin shared her discovery on TikTok after she was out on New Year’s Eve for a night of child-free fun.
The babysitter gave her a call to let her know there were some problems at home.
When she came home, she discovered that her entire collection was completely and utterly gone.
In the videos posted on TikTok, the mom came home in tears.
Hundreds of dollars of makeup can be seen destroyed on the carpet and all over her sink and counter.
She can be seen digging makeup out of the sink.
In the videos, she’s heard saying:
“All of my makeup and skin care, destroyed. This is so heartbreaking. My heart is broken right now.”
People in the comments were shocked to see how bad the kids destroyed everything.
“I understand why she’s crying. Make-up costs lots of money and that looks like expensive make-up. So I would cry too if I were her,” one person commented.
Others said that the babysitter should be held accountable, too.
Many were wondering where the babysitter was while the three-year-old and six-year-old were wrecking the entire bathroom with mommy’s makeup.
Some said she should definitely not have been paid.
“Whoever was ‘watching’ them should pay for this because they obviously weren’t doing their job,” one person wrote.
