Miley Cyrus is sizzling in a skintight bodycon dress and high heels as she poses with godmother Dolly Parton for a big announcement. The 29-year-old singer and the 76-year-old country signing legend will jointly be hosting a televised New Year’s Special taking everyone into 2023 – for fans of Miley, it’s a repeat treat given that she hosted the exact same thing last year. In late 2021, Miley made headlines with the news that she would be ringing in the New Year with cohost Pete Davidson. This time around, though, it’s staying a family affair – ish.
She’s Back For New Year’s
Miley and Dolly both posted to their social media accounts. In Miley’s share, fans saw the Midnight Sky hitmaker hugging Dolly. Miley wowed as she showed off her trim figure and tiny waist while in a clingy and strappy LBD. The former Disney star flaunted hints of her toned legs, plus her yoga-honed arms as she sent Dolly all the love in the world.

The Gucci ambassador glammed up in strappy black heels while Dolly, known for her curves, rocked a monogrammed gold dress complete with matching heels. The two posed amid floor balloons in gold and silver, also surrounded by ribbon confetti for a real party feel.

Miley and Dolly are super-close, and it looks like the Grand ‘Ole Opry singer has also been extending some life advice to Miley.
“I’ve told her some things that I think are valuable and that she uses, but I’d rather live an example,” Dolly has explained. “[I’d rather] be an example rather than just try to tell somebody to do this, do that because I don’t think that’s right. Everybody’s different.”
Everybody Loves Dolly Parton
In 2020, Miley made headlines for presenting Dolly with her Billboard award. Gushing over the “9 to 5” hitmaker, Miley said:
“I’ve never met anyone that doesn’t like Dolly Parton, and it’s safe to say if they don’t like her, it’s only because they love her.” For last year’s New Year’s Eve special, Miley jetted out to Miami, FL, where she was joined on stage by sister Noah Cyrus.
