So, because apparently we live in a world that is strictly about reboots and revivals, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Mighty Ducks is becoming a television series.
Nothing is safe anymore, especially when it comes to Disney.

We all remember the orignial 1992 film.
Emilio Estevez starred as the main character who was in charge of a kids’ hockey team.
The movie was so successful that it actually inspired one NHL team to name their team “The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim”.
They later renamed their team to “The Anaheim Ducks”.
The series, according to ET Canada, will be around a young boy.
He creates a hockey team for a league after he’s kicked off his original one.
All with the help of his mother.
Production on the series will reportedly begin in February 2020.
