Guess what’s “Damon” spelled backward? Hollywood star actor Matt Damon recently got some fresh ink in honor of his late father, Kent Damon. Celebrity tattoo artist Daniel Winter a.k.a. Winterstone gave the actor his new stylish ink.

The Ford v Ferrari actor wasn’t the only one on the receiving end of the tattoo gun. Winterstone also shared a snap on his Instagram story showing Damon giving him a tattoo. He wrote a caption reading, “Oh forgot to mention. Mr. Damon gave me his first tattoo. A small universe a.k.a. a dot!”

Daniel Winter and Matt Damon previously had an inking session together back in 2019. The Golden Globe winner had Winterstone tattoo his four daughters’ names, Alexia, Isabella, Gia, and Stella, on his right shoulder — sitting below his new ink, NOMAD.

On the same right shoulder, Damon apparently got “Lucy” tattooed there in honor of his wife Luciana Barroso seven years ago. The tattoo sits below NOMAD and above his daughters’ names.

Damon explained how he got “Lucy” tattooed on his arm and said it was his wife’s idea for them to get tattoos. In his words, “On a whim, my wife said, ‘We’re going to get tattoos today,’ so I got a tattoo of her name.”
