Not Her First Time On Screen With Pitt
This isn’t the first time the stars have been spotted together on screen, as Robbie starred alongside Pitt in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time that’s a fictional version of Tinseltown during a difficult time leading up to the Manson family murders of 1969.
Robbie played the role of Sharon Tate, the actress and wife of director Roman Polanski who devotees of Charles Manson gruesomely killed. Brad featured in the film as the fictional stuntman Cliff Booth, the sidekick and best friend to Leonardo DiCaprio’s washed-up character Rick Dalton.
The movie earned Pitt his first acting award from the Oscars for Best Supporting Actor, although he previously won an Oscar for producing the Best Picture Winner 12 Years A Slave.

This highbrow event featured awards for several attendees, with Robbie bagging an impressive win. She won the Maria Manetti Shrem Award for Acting, Coogler took home the Irving M. Levin Award for film direction, and Sarah Polley won the SFFILM Award for Storytelling. It’s refreshing to see Robbie getting recognition for putting in so much work.
