If you grew up in Canada, then you most likely had at least one box of Dare’s Maple Creme cookies stocked in your cupboard during any season. If you’re unfamiliar with the iconic Canadian treat, it’s two maple leaf-shaped sugar cookies sandwiched with a sweet maple creme filling. It’s basically Canada’s Oreo.
Well, Oreo actually did end up creating their own Maple Creme flavor, which is coming back for Americans who can’t get their hands on Canada’s own maple Oreo.

The cookies are made with their signature golden cookies and a filled with maple creme.
Last year, Instagrammer @snackgator had a chance to try them, and while they enjoyed the treat, they did wish the flavor was a bit more maple forward and less “buttery.”
Overall, people really like them, and if they didn’t, they wouldn’t be returning.
