He then added that he captured the offender’s license plates and face, and he was ready to report to the Sheriff with evidence. It didn’t matter that the man apologized as he needed to restitute for his endangerment.

Upon catching up to his tourist trailer, the authorities found more people at the bottom of the road equally guilty of littering the creek. They also revealed that Forest Services took up the case and would likely bring federal charges against the perpetrators.
