After countless accusations from fans questioning whether or not Lil Xan’s girlfriend, Annie, was ever actually pregnant, Lil Xan is now starting to have his own doubts about the legitimacy of her pregnancy and subsequent miscarriage.
Since the pair started dating in 2018, their relationship has been somewhat of a roller-coaster.
But they seemed to be getting a lot more serious once they announced in February of 2019 that Annie was pregnant.

There was even talk of wedding plans .
They were both in good spirits and doing some research into parenting.
Lil Xan shared this photo of the couple reading parenting and pregnancy guides to his Instagram back in February.
But after Annie revealed her ultrasound images in her vlog, fans quickly became suspicious that some certain things just weren’t adding up.
They accused Annie of using an ultrasound photo off of Google images and photoshopped her own name on to it.
The accusations became so intense that Annie broke her silence to try to dispel the rumors.
Annie told E! News that when she posted the YouTube video with the ultrasound, “a girl […] photoshopped them with another persons name, year, birthday, etc., and uploaded them to Google.”
“The negativity is too much,” Annie continued.
But she said she wasn’t going to let that negativity get in the way of her life. “In my opinion it doesn’t matter what anyone else says. It’s a special time between my fiancé and I and like I said we are very happy. That’s all that matters,” she said in the interview .
In early April, Annie shared the unfortunate news that she had miscarried.
While there were plenty of fans sharing their sympathies and condolences to her and Lil Xan, there were about twice as many people, more confident than ever, that Annie’s pregnancy was a sham.
Annie posted a series of photos and videos on Instagram of Lil Xan and herself, with a caption explaining what had happened.
“These were taken the first day we met and the first few months we knew each other. feels like a lifetime ago. the moment i met you i knew you were special,” she wrote .
“Starting a family with you has been the most magical, beautiful blessing God has given me. today i feel a hurt i never knew existed. a pain that comes from my soul,” she continued.
“To my beautiful angel, mommy loves you more than she ever knew possible. you have made me the happiest woman in the world knowing i had the chance to be your mommy.”
“Feeling you grow inside my body has been the most special gift i have been given, my prayers were answered with you.”
“Teach you all the beautiful things in life and show you the world. i wish you could’ve known how truly blessed you were to have a daddy like diego,” she finished .
Now, just a few weeks later, Lil Xan is openly sharing his suspicions — questioning whether or not Annie’s pregnancy was ever real.
Many fans thought that Lil Xan was apart of the alleged faked pregnancy. But he has attempted to clear his name, in the event that the allegations turn out to be true.
As soon as the interviewer brought up the topic of Lil Xan and Annie’s pregnancy, Lil Xan began to chuckle.
He quickly confirmed that he did not “fake a pregnancy”. He claimed to have seen the positive pregnancy tests with his own two eyes.
But he then explained that he still has no way to verify if the positive pregnancy tests were real because he didn’t actually see Annie pee on them.
He then said that it could have been “very easy” to fake a pregnancy test without him knowing.
He explained that he asked Annie to head down to the hospital and request documentation that the miscarriage, in fact, happened.
“We’re supposed to be getting some documentation from Kaiser Permanente, a hospital, but I was like I need the paperwork of the miscarriage that you had.”
“This is another suspicious thing,” Lil Xan recalled.
“And then because I sent her — this is another suspicious thing — I was like, ‘Go down to the hospital because it’s on our street and get the paperwork that — same hospital she went to — get the paperwork saying you had a miscarriage,’ but she came back saying, ‘Oh I have to do this process and [expletive]’.”
“It really gets you thinking, you know what I mean? I want to give her the benefit of the doubt,” he went on.
The interviewer asked if he thinks Annie faked the pregnancy test to keep him “with her”, and Lil Xan replied that he’s on the fence about it.
“I’m like, 50/50,” he said . Adding “There’s things that are definitely questionable.”
He then goes on to say that he did see Annie gaining weight and thought that was a signifier that she was pregnant.
“I did really start seeing a belly,” he said .
He revealed that he is worried fans will believe that he was in on the “fake pregnancy” all along.
“It pisses me off though because if I’m right, [fans] will be like ‘Lil Xan faked his, like, pregnancy’ when I literally was just, like, with everyone else,” he said .
The interviewer then asked if he and Annie were even still together at this point.
“It’s complicated as [expletive]” Lil Xan replied . “I love Annie. But it’s complicated. We in limbo or some [expletive]”.
Annie has yet to officially comment on any of this.

Annie did, however, take to her Instagram story shortly after the interview went live.
She wrote, “All I can say is love is hard. True, passionate, unconditional, eternal love will never be easy. Ever. Love sucks and it is the most beautiful, magical feeling in this world.”
While she didn’t comment on the interview itself, she had some choice words for the haters.
“Judging people via the internet about who they fall in love with and what they choose to do in their relationship is so sad because you can NEVER understand another couples relationship,” Annie continued on her story.
After this, Lil Xan further complicated the story by posting this photo of the couple together.
He captioned the shot , “I can be an [expletive] sometimes but i’m a really nice guy,” rounding off by tagging Annie and dropping a heart emoji.
Annie left some sweet comments on the post as well.
Calling Lil Xan her sweet boy and promising to love him always makes it seem like the couple is definitely still on, but it’s hard to tell with these two.
