Does your dog have an artistic side? Well, this new viral challenge on TikTok is perfect for dog owners who want to do something creative with their dogs.
To try this DIY with your puppy you’ll need a Ziplock bag, a canvas, paint, peanut butter, and, of course, your dog! Ready? Let’s get started!
So, here’s how it works.

You get a canvas that you can fit inside a large plastic bag, then cover it in paint. The more paint you use, the more abstract your dog’s masterpiece will be! The less you use, the more tongue strokes you’re going to see, just FYI.
Next up: dog-safe peanut butter.

A dog’s greatest craving, and greatest enemy. Spread peanut butter all over the bag — I’d recommend putting the peanut butter on before you put the canvas inside, otherwise you’re the one doing the art.
Then, it’s simply a matter of waiting.

Put that bag on the floor and let your dog go to town. Within what I assume will be seconds, you’ll have a tiny masterpiece all squished inside the bag.
Okay, Picasso!

Your dog? It’s an artist now. Using a lot of paint ensured the whole canvas got covered, and it created some interesting textures. Bailey the dog gets a 10/10 from me.
Other dogs have tried the trend, too!

I never knew I needed to see a corgi creating beautiful art via his tongue, but I definitely did. Look at those ears! Tofu, you’re an actual artist and I love you.
Tofu’s art is amazing!

Okay, Tofu! Let’s see, what do we have here? It looks like an ocean swirling up into some purple skies, or maybe purple sunlight reflecting off the blue water? Either way, top notch job.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend using actual dog food.

You need something that has to be lapped up, not bitten. If you use a chunkier food, your dog won’t be able to push the paint around enough to create anything!
It’s fun for the whole family!

Guys, imagine having a puppy painting party. You could put a bunch of these outside and watch the dogs create masterpieces that would put everyone in The Louvre to shame.
Would you try this with your dog?

Trust and believe I would try this in a hot second if I had a dog. Since I have a cat, I will… actually still try this, tbh. I hope my cat is ready for this one.
