Surely by now, if you’re a Keeping Up With The Kardashians fan, you know that Kourtney Kardashian hasn’t been the most enthusiastic cast member these days.
She has said it, time and again, that the family’s reality series is not a priority of hers. In fact, it’s even caused rifts between her and her sisters.

But she recently opened up in an interview with Vogue Arabia about leaving the show: “It became a toxic environment”.
If you’ve actually been keeping up with the Kardashians, then you probably already know that Kourtney Kardashian has been over the series for a while.
She has made it abundantly clear that the show is not her priority, being a mom is.
Due to her lack of enthusiasm to work and continue being an involved cast member, drama has been stirred up between her and her sisters.
Take her most recent and most violent argument with Kim, for example.
Things got so heated, blood was shed!
I know siblings tend to fight. But this was *next level*, and it wasn’t even the first time things came to a boiling point between the two.
Remember in 2018 when Kim called Kourtney the “least exciting to look at” among the sister squad?
It was a whole mess.
And it was all over a family Christmas card photoshoot. SMH.
Kourtney was completely over having obligations. She just wanted to chill out and spend time with her kids.
“We all have our own priorities. Mine is being a mother,” Kourtney initially tweeted , sparking the feud.
“And mine is not? The shoot was with our kids!!!!! My #1 priority is being a mother as well and I can work too, so can you!,” Kim tweeted in response.
Anyways, things eventually reached a boiling point and Kim and Kourtney got into a physical altercation.
It wasn’t your average cat-fight. In fact, it got heated and FAST.
They were slapping, scratching, and throwing kicks….?
The kicking is what really threw me off, tbh. When feet get involved in a fight, that’s when you know it’s real.
Kim later appeared on *The Tonight Show: Home Edition* to talk about what really went down.
“When my mom saw that, a clip of that, she cried,” Kim said . “She was like, ‘Who are you guys? What is going on?'”
“I don’t really ever resort to violence like that,” she said. “But she scratched me so hard, you couldn’t see, I had like—I was bleeding. And so you didn’t really get to see that detail.”
“It’s not like my proudest moment but we were going through it.”
Kim explained that their blow-up was a build-up of emotions due to Kourtney not wanting to be on *KUWTK* anymore.
“It was pretty intense. I feel like it’s been a lot of built-up resentment from Kourtney — or just feeling like she doesn’t want to film anymore .”
She went on, adding that Kourtney simply isn’t the type of person to put her foot down abruptly, which might’ve made it more difficult for her to quit the show.
“She’s not the type of person to make a decision and say, ‘Okay guys, I’m not gonna film,'” she said .
“But she would come to work with an attitude every day and kind of take it out on everyone,” she said. Kourtney and I are obviously fine now. But we shut down production for a week after that.”
Since then, Kourtney has finally made the decision to limit her role on the show in a more significant way, and she recently opened up about it to Vogue Arabia .
“I have been filming the show non-stop for 13 years, 19 seasons, and six spinoff seasons,” she explained.
She revealed that there came a tipping point where she thought that the environment was not a healthy one for her to be in anymore.
“I was feeling unfulfilled and it became a toxic environment for me to continue to have it occupy as much of my life as it was.”
She explained that now she gets to spend more time with her three children.
“I usually take one day on the weekend where we have no plans,” she said. “We hang out at the house in pyjamas or sweats. We sleep in.”
“I like to not be on a schedule on that day .”
Thankfully, all seems to be well between the Kardashian sisters currently, and Kourtney is finally free to work less and spend more time with her children.
