Khloe isn’t vegan but loves a plant-based diet especially vegetarian which she indulged in during pregnancy, as explained on Poosh. The entrepreneur said it helped her lose 40 pounds of weight.
Kim’s Daily Diet
Kim has a plant-based diet containing vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free tacos to help with her psoriasis. On cheat days, the business mogul loves pizza and donuts. Due to her health condition, Kim’s meals are often anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
She admitted that changing her meal lifestyle influenced her mood positively. There’s less stress, high energy, and positive vibes all around.

Kim faced backlash for her diet choices during the MET Gala after explaining she starved herself for two weeks to fit into Marilyn Monroe’s dress. The businesswoman said she ate real meat in the days leading up to the Gala, causing her to have a psoriasis break out.
