She then shared the rundown for an average day of her life which begins at 3:40 am, signaled by her alarm clock. She then takes five minutes to go through her emails and the day’s schedule before getting out of bed and starting the day.

The TV presenter then manages to brush her teeth and put on a coat over the pajamas before jumping into the car that takes her to the studio.

Susanna accepted that her journey from her house to the London Television Center takes 25 minutes and is “a lot” to absorb.
However, the TV personality confessed to liking her schedule as it allows her to reach home before her kids return from school or work and spend time with her family.
