Are you guys ready for the upcoming and quite possibly most dramatic episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians of all time?
Because I sure as hell am not .
Finally, the time has come for the official Tristan Thompson and Jordyn Woods cheating episode of “KUWTK” to bless us with its presence.
We’ve only been waiting since February for this.
The anticipation is real .
As you may have already heard, there was a very messy breakup that went down between Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson earlier this year.
And if you haven’t heard, don’t worry, because I’m gonna explain the whole thing to you — get comfortable.
Here’s a comprehensive timeline of Khloe and Tristan’s cheating scandal, as we know it.
Khloe started dating NBA player, Tristan Thompson, in September of 2016.
At the time, Tristan was (allegedly) recently separated from his very pregnant ex-girlfriend, Jordan Craig.
Although, there was some speculation that Tristan cheated on his ex-girlfriend with Khloé. But that’s a whole other can of worms.
Anyways, Tristan and Khloé seemed to be going strong for the first year of their relationship.
By December of 2017 , Khloe announced that she and Tristan were having a baby together.
So, yeah, things were pretty serious.
Khloé was nine months into her pregnancy — with the possibility of giving birth at basically any moment, and news broke that Tristan was seen getting awfully cozy with a woman at a nightclub.
Footage surfaced of Tristan making out with the mystery woman in a booth.
To make matters even worse, he was seen bringing the woman back to his hotel at 5 am.
The woman was later seen leaving the hotel with a Louis Vuitton overnight bag — indicating she may have spent quite some time there.
It was all very scandalous .
The mystery woman was later found out to be Instagram model, Lani Blair.
She had around 400,000 followers on Instagram at the time of the scandal — but was forced to make her account private to avoid the inevitable harassment that was to come.
Against Khloé’s and her fan’s better judgement, she chose to forgive Tristan for cheating and focus on their newborn baby daughter, True Thompson.
“Khloé has completely forgiven Tristan for cheating on her, and it really wasn’t hard for her to do because he literally broke down crying in her hospital room after she had given birth to True,” a source explained.
Just as we thought all was forgiven, and Tristan was being welcomed back into the Kardashian’s good graces, he did something even worse in February, 2019.
Fans were a bit unclear on what exactly Tristan and Khloe’s relationship status was. But had it just been days after Valentine’s Day, when Khloé posted this photo on Instagram — we assumed the pair were still together.
But days later, on February 20th, Tristan was seen partying in LA — without Khloé.
Suddenly, the world was taken by storm when rumors began to circulate that Tristan had cheated on Khloé that night with Khloé’s sister, Kylie Jenner’s BFF, Jordyn Woods, at a house party.
Kylie and Jordyn had been BFFs for as long as we could remember, so this came as a major shock.
Tristan and Jordyn very quickly admitted to kissing — not nothing more.
The allegations, however, were that Jordyn had been sitting on Tristan’s lap, dancing on him, and just being generally flirtacious.
There were also rumors that Jordyn and Tristan had been having an affair for months.
Being completely shut out from the family, and being harassed with hateful messages from fans, Jordyn partook in a tearful interview with Jada Pinkett Smith, to tell her side of it all.
She explained that the cheating rumors were exaggerated, but not entirely fabricated.
“Never once was I giving him a lap dance, making out with him, sitting all over him,” she said .
She defended herself.
“We’re all together, we’re in a group, never once did we leave the public area—go to a bedroom, go to a bathroom—we’re all in plain sight.”
She did, however, admit that the pair shared a kiss around 7 am — as she was leaving the party.
“I’m no homewrecker,” she said. “I would never try to hurt somebody’s home, especially someone that I love and someone who has a beautiful daughter.”
Unfortunately, the interview only aggravated Khloé more .
“Why are you lying @jordynwoods ??” Khloé tweeted in response to watching the interview.
“If you’re going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGIZE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story. BTW, You ARE the reason my family broke up !”
But fans were quick to point out that Khloé and Tristan’s relationship had been messy since day one and that their breakup shouldn’t be on Jordyn.
Khloé had a response to that as well:
“Tristan is equally to blame but Tristan is the father of my child,” she said .
“Regardless of what he does to me I won’t do that to my daughter. He has been addressing this situation PRIVATELY. If Tristan were to lie publicly about what conspired, then yes I would address him publicly as well,” she continued.
Thankfully, Khloé was done giving Tristan second chances. She confirmed that their relationship was over — effective immediately.
Since then, everything has cooled down.
Khloé and Tristan are co-parenting their daughter, True.
Jordyn is still exiled from the Kardashian-Jenner family, but she seems to be doing better than ever on her own.
But of course, just as the dust has settled for all of the parties involved, “KUWTK” is about to air the episode that will send us all back down that rabbit hole: The season finale.
E! just released the trailer for the episode, along with a quote made by Khloe in the episode.
“I knew who he was. I never in a million years thought that’s who she was,” the tweet reads.
That. Is. Chilling. AF.
Obviously, Jordyn knew this day would eventually come — and she’s ready for it.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Jordyn braces her fans for how the episode is most likely going to portray her.
“Everyone has their truth and their story and so you just go with it,” she said . “Everyone has the right to speak their truth.”
She explained that she just wanted everyone to better understand the “real” her before the episode aired.
She added that she just hopes everyone involved “finds peace and their truth”.
“Life moves on,” Jordyn went on.
“Money doesn’t stop, [the] world doesn’t stop, and hopefully everyone is just going forward .”
It looks like Kylie’s commented in her own way.
Kylie shared this photo of her looking supremely unbothered lounging with some wine and strawberries, but it was her sassy caption that really captured fans’ attention.
Kylie doesn’t usually comment on drama on her IG, so this was big news.
Kylie kind of pointedly used the word “episode” when she detailed how she was minding her own business. It looks like Kylie might just be over this whole drama — and tbh, I don’t blame her. It must be exhausting.
Especially with the rumors swirling that Kylie and Jordyn might be on the mend.
There’s been a lot of speculation about the state of Kylie and Jordyn’s friendship lately, and it looks like they just might be figuring it out.
In the new trailer, Kylie looks totally heartbroken over the situation.
In the trailer, Kylie says she was talking to Jordyn about what happened, saying, “I pretty much told her exactly what we’ve been talking about, like, ‘You weren’t thinking about True, not Khloé, not me, but you weren’t even thinking about yourself.”
All I know is Sunday cannot come fast enough.
