The 53-year-old singer and actress continues to make headlines for having a jaw-dropping workout body in her fifties, and now fans are getting an insight into how she achieves it. JLo was all curve and definitely all muscle as she worked up a sweat for the Body Armor drinks brand she fronts – she recently featured on the sports beverage company’s Instagram, where the energy was active. Also signed to Body Armor is fellow gym nut and singer Carrie Underwood.

JLo was touting the benefits of hydration long before she was signed to Body Armor. The healthy lifestyle lover makes sure to hydrate her body by drinking plenty of water and also by eating right. “I’m not a perfect eater,” she has said, adding: “But if I feel like I’ve been naughty for a few days or if I’m trying to slim down a couple of pounds, I’ll do a protein shake in the morning and one at night.”

Lopez also shouted out nature while speaking to People . Here, the singer said: “I’ll go outside and open up my arms to the universe, to the heavens, to God.” JLo is now a continued headline-maker for her 2022 marriage to her fourth husband Ben Affleck. She’s also changed her name to Mrs. Affleck.
