The Woman’s Pregnancy Came As A Surprise.
OP explains that she had become pregnant about two years ago, and now has an 18-month-old daughter. She has one best friend named Mia who is childless but would come over to visit often. As time went on, Mia would come over less and less, and would ask OP to come out with her. As a stay-at-home mom, OP spends a lot of time at home, and doesn’t want to leave her daughter.
One day, Mia asked if OP would want to go out to get drinks with some friends. OP refused, but offered to have Mia over instead. Mia declined the counteroffer. Later, OP saw Mia’s social media posts and was angered that she’d gone out. OP later invited Mia over to confront her about the situation.
Mia explained that she doesn’t want to always be around a baby and that OP could definitely get her husband to look after their daughter for a few hours while she goes out. But OP got angry again, telling Mia not to meddle with her marriage.
