Wrestling giant Hulk Hogan’s daughter has revealed the shocking reason she didn’t attend his WWE tributes. This comes after Hogan died at his Florida home at the age of 71.
Hogan’s death was confirmed by family
The wrestling legend is believed to have suffered a cardiac arrest which caused his death on July 24.

His family confirmed the news in a statement that read, “It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that we confirm we have lost a legend.”
They asked people to give them privacy
The statement went on, “Our beloved Terry Bollea, known worldwide as Hulk Hogan, passed away today surrounded by his loved ones.”
“At this time of grief, we ask that everyone please respect the privacy of his family and friends.”
The family showed love to his fans
“May we all take solace in the wonderful memories he left behind for the millions of fans worldwide whose lives he touched for more than four decades. He will be missed, but never forgotten,” they said.
WWE also issued a statement for him
Hogan also received a tribute statement from WWE where they described him as ‘one of pop culture’s most recognizable figures’.
WWE also acknowledged that his popularity helped them ‘achieve global recognition in the 1980s’.
They did a 10-bell salute for him
The WWE started their Monday Night Raw on July 29 with a 10-bell salute to Hogan.
The wrestler is survived by his two children, Brooke and Nick, who he shared with ex-wife Linda Hogan and his wife Sky Daily.
Nick was in attendance but not Brooke
Brooke wasn’t there at the 10-bell salute, only Nick was in attendance.
And she seems to have been criticized for not being there alongside her brother to pay tribute to their father.
But she explained why that is
The 37-year-old addressed her absence from her father’s tributes online.
In an Instagram Story, she explained, “For those of you giving me crap for not attending my dad’s tributes, @wwe did not extend an invite.”
She wrote a tribute to her father
Brooke wrote a heartfelt tribute to her father elsewhere on her profile.
“My Dearest Daddy, You were my everything, and I will always be your girl. I am PROUD to be your daughter—for all the love, light, and goodness you brought into this world,” she wrote.
It was a tear-jerking tribute
She went on, “Thank you for choosing me in this lifetime, and for loving me so deeply. Our bond is eternal. That truth brings me comfort and hope, even in your absence. I love you more than all the stars in the sky, 4LifeAfterLife.”
The loving daughter ended her post with ‘Forever yours, Brooke’.
