The Walking Dead is nearing its end, but how it will wrap up remains to be seen.

There are some theories, sure, but no one has any concrete answers. How does one end a show about the end of the world?

But now that the new trailer has dropped, fans are gearing up to start theorizing all over again.

After months of lying in wait, it appears that the dead are finally coming back to life.

With the bloody fallout of The Whisperer War in their wake, our heroes from AMC's The Walking Dead seem poised to remake the world.

But the question still remains: who's world is it?

In the latest trailer for 'The Walking Dead', fans are treated to a darker underside of the New World Order. From what little we can ascertain, it appears that things aren't as idyllic as they appear to be.

With many series favorites still battling the Reapers, the rest are forced to contend with the elements in Alexandria.

Elsewhere, life in the newly established Commonwealth seems far less ecumenical than it was once originally thought to be. You either assimilate or risk the prospect of being extricated from all you know and love.

As lives hang in the balance and uncertainty runs rampant, it's clear that absolutely no one is safe.

Plenty of questions still remain unanswered. Will the world ever return to a state of normalcy; will Maggie ever bring herself to pull the trigger and end Negan's miserable existence; and have we truly seen the last of Rick Grimes? Only time will tell.
