Real estate prices are at an all-time high. It's no wonder that it's pretty hard to find a suitable house for anyone. But this one property listed in New York is quite unusual. Why?
Because it's pretty much a dump inside but it still comes with a hefty price tag. You really gotta see the pictures to believe how bad it looks.
Well, once you see what's inside you'll be shocked. I gotta say, I'm a bit afraid to go on. Ha, ha! I wouldn't want to scare you.
Say hello to your new potential kitchen. OMG! Can I just say, "WTF?" There are actual dead vines coming in through the window of this derelict kitchen. I gotta say, this is the grossest listing I've seen.
I don't think I even want to know. This is totally disgusting. How can anyone let a property like this fall by the wayside and end up looking as bad as this?
And of course, walking by it, you would never know just how terrible it looks inside. Unless you know something about it.
But even as bad as it looks it's still listed for a cool $828,888! Holy crap! To me, that seems pretty unbelievable. Right?

Perhaps this one might evoke some vivid scenes from a movie that takes place in an asylum or something. I think I'm starting to feel ill looking at it.
I wouldn't want to try to salvage any of this for fear of something haunting me for life. Am I crazy or what?
I mean if I had $859,444 to spare I surely wouldn't want to waste it on that. I think there would be a lot of nice things this money could buy instead.
It actually comes with a generous 4,912 square feet. So once they tear it down they can build something much nicer instead of this ruin. How about that?
