Normal-Looking House For Sale In New York City Has Terrifying Listing Photos

Real estate prices are at an all-time high. It's no wonder that it's pretty hard to find a suitable house for anyone. But this one property listed in New York is quite unusual. Why?

Because it's pretty much a dump inside but it still comes with a hefty price tag. You really gotta see the pictures to believe how bad it looks.

When you look at the house from the outside it actually looks quite nice. No?

Realtor

Well, once you see what's inside you'll be shocked. I gotta say, I'm a bit afraid to go on. Ha, ha! I wouldn't want to scare you.

Are you're sure you're ready?

Realtor

Say hello to your new potential kitchen. OMG! Can I just say, "WTF?" There are actual dead vines coming in through the window of this derelict kitchen. I gotta say, this is the grossest listing I've seen.

Looking at this place makes me wonder whatever happened here?

Realtor

I don't think I even want to know. This is totally disgusting. How can anyone let a property like this fall by the wayside and end up looking as bad as this?

If you can believe this four-bedroom property is actually located in a very affluent Fresh Meadows, a Queens neighborhood in New York.

And of course, walking by it, you would never know just how terrible it looks inside. Unless you know something about it.

The people who live in the area are aware of the state of affairs at this property.

But even as bad as it looks it's still listed for a cool $828,888! Holy crap! To me, that seems pretty unbelievable. Right?

Just when you thought you've seen the worst get a load of this scary bathroom.

Realtor

Doesn't it make you feel like a scene from Psycho could have been reenacted here? I wouldn't step foot inside even if you paid me. LOL!

Here's another nightmare of a bathroom if that one wasn't right for you.

Perhaps this one might evoke some vivid scenes from a movie that takes place in an asylum or something. I think I'm starting to feel ill looking at it.

I guess whoever ends up getting this gem of a property would basically just have to gut it.

Realtor

I wouldn't want to try to salvage any of this for fear of something haunting me for life. Am I crazy or what?

I can't get over the price tag on this lot.

Realtor

I mean if I had $859,444 to spare I surely wouldn't want to waste it on that. I think there would be a lot of nice things this money could buy instead.

Well, there is some good news for the new owners of this rundown house.

Realtor

It actually comes with a generous 4,912 square feet. So once they tear it down they can build something much nicer instead of this ruin. How about that?

So do you think this is a good candidate for a fixer-upper?

Or would you run like hell from this property if you saw it? Ha, ha! I'm no Mike Holmes so I would probably have to say "next" to this one.
