20 Cool Pics People Snapped When They Saw Something Interesting

As important as it is to enjoy the moment, it's pretty important to take pictures, too. You know, to remember what you saw. Or, to show off these cool and interesting sights.

These people took the chances presented to them, and made sure to immortalize the unique things they found out in the world. Seriously, where would we be today without the power of online image sharing?

"This sign has two letters missing but still gets the job done."

When you think about it, R and B are phonetically the same thing as Arby, so this sign still makes sense, even with half the letters burned out. Funny, how words work.

"Found a fleur de leaf!"

Get it? Because it looks like a fleur-de-lis? How very French of it.

It's so funny how something so normal like a leaf can end up looking so cool and unique. I hope they kept the leaf and, like, pressed it or something.

"This pomegranate bush (I never knew they grew on bushes and have never seen them outside of a grocery store)."

You know what? I always assumed pomegranates came from trees. So this is kind of a new thing for me, too. But is that really a strange thing to not know (I'm seriously asking this)?

"I painted a scene from The Peanuts Halloween special on my nails."

This is for sure one of the coolest nail sets I've ever seen. All the detail that went into recreating Charlie Brown and is friends going to visit the Great Pumpkin is unreal! Better than anything I could do, that's for sure.

"I opened a papaya with a single seed."

Like pomegranates, I actually have very little clue about how papayas grow. In fact, I didn't even know that they grew that big (I've only ever seen them in liquid form). If you told me they didn't have seeds inside them to begin with, I'd believe it.

"Bubbles creating a snowy mountain in my glass of water."

That's actually kind of amazing. I'm not really sure how this is possible, but it's still kind of cool. It makes that water glass look super cold, even if it's probably a regular water temperature.

"One of our cows once won an award for producing over 100,000 KG of milk."

So, if a cow can produce 19.7 kilograms of milk per day, it would take... more than 5000 days, or nearly 14 years to produce a hundred thousand kilograms. Which means this cow has had one long, productive life.

"Bought a sheep hide and my cat loves it."

I almost couldn't tell there was a sheep hide in there. It just looks like one big, fluffy, squishy cat. And I can't really complain; this is, after all, peak internet cuteness. Because honestly, who doesn't love pictures of cozy kitties?

"A lady who walked by me today in full crochet with purse included."

I'm kind of impressed by the dedication to the craft this person has. Like, it takes a while to crochet a sweater, let alone a pair of matching pants and a bag. Not to mention, yarn ain't cheap.

"While fixing my walkway, I turned over the stones to discover that a couple of them are actually old headstones."

I'm sure that the people who made those headstones never would've thought they'd be used for anything other than that. But uh... if these headstones are used for this person's walkway, what happened to the graves?

"This sign that only appears in the day."

I guess if it's nighttime or super cloudy, you'll never know what this storefront says. Still, it's actually so cool. What a great way to make use of the sun to create a really cool and unique design.

"This Grinch-shaped cloud."

Sometimes, when people say they can see a shape in the clouds, it's really hard to see it too. But this one is very clearly the Grinch. He may be a couple months early, but he's here. Hide your Christmas decorations.

"I snapped a photo of my dog through a window screen that looks like an old painting."

A picture of a dog in itself is very interesting. But this one, that looks like it could be a presidential portrait, is even more amazing. The lighting really captures the majesty of one of humankind's most treasured friends.

"This tree that ate a sign."

Something tells me that sign has been on that tree for a long time, and people decided that it wasn't worth trying to remove after a while. I mean, it isn't going anywhere anytime soon, but it's not like this would've happened overnight.

"I liked the way the clouds looked tonight with the moon illuminating them."

Yeah, the night sky is kind of cool, isn't it? Clear nights especially, when you can see the stars and stuff. But sometimes, clouds can make the night sky look even cooler. Most of the time, though, they kind of ruin everything.

"Don't you just love October sunrises?"

Ah, it looks like someone else has one of those giant skeleton Halloween decorations. Too bad they're worth more than I am, so I'll never be able to put one on my front yard for all to stop and stare at in wonder.

"My school has an M&M branded ball in the shape of an M&M."

I'll give them points for style, that's for sure. But... what kind of ball is this? Is it some kind of strange football? A soccer ball? Do I just know too little about sports to get this?

"I got married last weekend, and asked our photographer to take photos of us with my Gameboy Camera."

This definitely isn't the most conventional way to take a picture, but it's still pretty neat. I can tell you right now that there will be very few couples out there who can show off a Gameboy Camera wedding photo.

"The face on this pack of sliced cheese."

I'm fairly certain that this wasn't planned. Like, how could the cheese company know exactly where the Swiss cheese holes would be?

Still, it's a pretty strange coincidence, isn't it? That the holes almost perfectly lined up as eyes and a nose for the cow outline?

"My unopened razor deliveries. Remember to cancel your unused subscriptions, folks."

That's...a lot of razors. I didn't even know you could get razors through subscription boxes.

On the plus side, though, this person will be able to keep a clean shave for the rest of their life, probably.
