It Ends With Us actress Blake Lively is now dealing with a new lawsuit. This one’s from crisis publicist Jed Wallace, who’s not happy after Blake accused him of using a “digital army” to go after her in a smear campaign.
Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are facing off in court
This new lawsuit came just months after Lively filed a complaint against her It Ends With Us co-star, Baldoni.
The judge warns the trial date could be moved up

The trial’s set for 9 March 2026, but a judge said it might be moved up. The judge felt they’d already “given the public plenty to feast upon,” and that a jury could end up being biased.
Blake Lively initially filed a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni

She accused him of sexual harassment, and her lawyers said Wallace was brought in by Baldoni’s PR team to help with the alleged smear campaign against Blake.
Justin Baldoni fires back with a $400 million countersuit
In January this year, Baldoni hit back with a $400 million countersuit. He went after Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist, claiming they tried to ruin his reputation.
He also sued the New York Times for making her lawsuit public.
A $7 million lawsuit adds more legal trouble for Blake Lively

The Gossip Girl actress had said before that Wallace “weaponized a digital army” to go after her in a smear campaign.
Crisis PR expert Jed Wallace sues Blake Lively

Wallace runs a crisis-management firm called Street Relations, Inc., and now the company says Blake defamed them in a legal filing she made back in December. In that filing, she accused the firm of being involved in the whole smear campaign.
But the actress accuses Wallace back

She had earlier said that his firm “weaponized a digital army” as part of a supposed smear campaign against her.
This came after Baldoni’s team dropped a 168-page document, updating the timeline of events before, during, and after filming It Ends With Us.
It seems like Blake might not have enough evidence
In Wallace’s lawsuit against Blake, his lawyers wrote: “(Lively’s legal team) admitted that Lively has no proof for the claims she made against Wallace and Street in the Precursor, which ‘made headlines around the world.’ Now, it seems like she’s trying to ‘investigate the scope of Mr. Wallace’s conduct,’ probably because one of the Plaintiffs’ attorneys threatened sanctions.”
Lively’s lawyers say this lawsuit is retaliation

Both actors have kept denying the allegations, but it seems like Lively might be facing more trouble, this time from someone on Baldoni’s team.
They called the move a “publicity stunt,” adding, “It’s pretty obvious retaliation after the sexual harassment and retaliation complaint Ms. Lively filed with the California Civil Rights Department.”
