Any video online that features cute cats is bound to be good. When it has other animals, like baby ducks, that’s just an added bonus. Seeing adorable critters interact with one another is one of those few joys in life that seem to be loved by everyone.
In a recent video uploaded by the YouTube account 土豆の日記Cat’s diary , a group of kittens watch a group of ducklings splash around in a sink full of water, potentially learning a trick or two of their own. Though the video has only been up for a short time, it’s already captured the hearts of many.

The first half of the video shows three adorable kittens sitting around a sink. The sink is filled with water, and in it, three ducklings are swimming around.
The ducks float around, chirping adorably all the while. The cats, on the other hand, look slightly bewildered. They watch the ducks in the water, sniff at the sink, and sometimes try to paw at the water (or the ducklings). The cats continue to watch the ducklings, but none of them try to enter the water. Finally, the person filming pulls the plug in the sink, draining out the water.
The Next Part Of The Video Is Equally As Adorable.
One of the three kittens, an orange tabby, sits with the three ducklings as she grooms herself. The ducklings all seem comfortable around the cat, as they continue to climb on and around her. In between grooming herself, the kitten would occasionally take a duckling and begin grooming it, as if to help it get dry after having been swimming in the sink for all that time.
The ducklings are totally at ease, and at one point it appears as though one of the ducks is about to fall asleep on the kitten.
