Brangelina was a love story that took a bad turn, but it gave birth to six beautiful children, including Knox Jolie-Pitt, 16. The children are used to the spotlight, but Knox was last seen on the red carpet three years ago. He broke the streak on November 17 when he appeared with his mum at the Governors Awards in Los Angeles, California.

Many of the industry’s big names attended the ceremony to honor the memory of the late Quincy Jones who passed away on November 3 aged 91. These big names include James Bond producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson, filmmaker Richard Curtis, casting director Juliet Taylor, and of course, Angelina Jolie.

Knox was seen wearing a black and white suit with a black bowtie in the company of his mother. The last time Knox was ever seen on a red carpet was in October 2021 during the UK premiere of Jolie’s Eternals.
The Brangelina legal battle
According to People‘s reports, Pitt, 60, has accused his ex-wife, 49, of violating an agreement to not sell their stakes in a company without both of their consent. Jolie sold her stakes in winery Château Miraval to a third party in 2022 allegedly without Pitt’s permission.
Not the only legal battle
In addition to the legal battle over Château Miraval, there is a separate legal battle for the custody of their children, Maddox, 23; Pax, 20; Zahara, 19; Shiloh, 18; and twins Knox and Vivienne, both 16. They are currently co-parenting them.
“A clear victory for Brad”
Earlier this month, Jolie’s legal team filed three demurrers, but they were all dismissed by Judge Lia Martin. “This is a clear victory for Brad which demonstrates the legitimacy of his claims and demonstrates yet again the other side’s talk is not backed up with substance,” a source told People.
Mother knows best
A source explained to People how Jolie wanted “to create a life for herself and the kids that make them all happy.” The source continued, saying: “It was a struggle for a while, but Angie is proud about how resilient and strong the kids are.”
Moving on is the key
Jolie aims to not live in the past, wanting “to focus on her family, work and the future.” She wants the kids and herself to be happy so focusing on the aforementioned things brings her joy and puts her in a happier place.
Pitt thinks it’s to push his buttons
A source told Page Six that Pitt thinks that Jolie grabbed Knox with her on the red carpet “to push his buttons.” The source also said that Pitt finds it “coincidental” that Knox appears with her on the red carpet three days after the judge signed off on the Château Miraval trial.
