Take Pongo, for instance. She was left all alone after being caught in a fire severely burning her face and head. But with enough time, care, and attention, she was able to recover and grow and become a happy, playful puppy. And of course, she got adopted into a new and loving family.
Pongo’s Story Was Shared on ‘The Dodo’s YouTube Channel
Marina of the Dog Care Clinic in Sri Lanka narrates the story, showing how Pongo was found as a small puppy covered in burns. She was taken to the clinic, which then took care of her and allowed her to grow and recover.
After a month of treatments, Pongo was able to socialize with other dogs and was soon after adopted by a local elderly couple. After experiencing love and care from the Dog Care Clinic, Pongo became such a happy, friendly, playful dog that she ran to her new owner.
