The talk show queen, 52, was featured on trainer Anna Kaiser’s Instagram as Anna showed Kelly being put through her paces, and the 2022 share has been racking up views. Kelly wowed in a tight leggings look, also flaunting her balletically-trained flexibility.

Looking super-fit, Kelly showed off her muscly frame as she did everything from mat work to hardcore cardio.

Kelly was seen working her toned abs and quads, with footage also including joint dance moves as Kelly and Anna delivered high leg kicks. Kelly opted for metallic and clingy black leggings, paired with a cropped black tee bearing a red print.

Kelly trained in classical ballet in her teens, with the skillset seemingly still there. Also shared on Anna’s IG has been footage of Kelly spinning across a studio as she keeps her heart rate up.
Flawless Body At 52
Kelly is alcohol-free and known to pay attention to what she eats. She adores avocado on toast and salads, but she’ll happily cheat with the occasional burger. She’s even had McDonald’s delivered to her home in the freezing NYC snow!
Says She ‘Screwed’ It Up
Kelly did reply to the dance video above, but she wasn’t bragging.
“Seriously though why do i still screw up that dance? WHY???????” the former All My Children star wrote.
