In the court documents, the Booksmart director claimed that she had been paying for all the costs of the children’s daily care whenever they were with her.

Olivia also claimed to have over $107,000 in monthly expenses, which included almost $60,000 in rent and mortgage and $4,000 in laundry and cleaning.

“Jason is not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel that we agree upon an interim support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter,” Olivia added.

While the Drinking Buddies actress alleged that Jason wasn’t paying child support, she admitted they had been splitting certain expenses for the kids, such as their school tuition.

However, Olivia explained that she had been bearing a 100% of the costs for the children’s food, clothing, transportation, childcare, and extracurricular activities, whenever they were with her.

The Hollywood star then asked the judge to compel Jason to pay for some of her legal fees of no less than $500,000, claiming that he was in a significantly superior position to her financially.

However, Olivia confessed that there was another reason for asking Jason to contribute to her attorney and accountant fees besides his superior finances.

According to the actress, it was also because the vast majority of fees she incurred were due to the Ted Lasso star and his counsel’s “egregious, unnecessary, and aggressive conduct.”

While Olivia’s legal team has alleged that the actress has borne the lion’s share of the expenses for their kids, a source close to Jason has claimed otherwise.
