In a video titled, “the time Lil Xan cheated on me + why Noah Cyrus HATES me: STORYTIME” Tana reveals her wild and convoluted relationship history with Lil Xan.
She also addresses the rumors of her and Noah Cyrus feuding, but don’t worry — we will get to that tea later.
I know this may come as a surprise to you, but Lil Xan has a tendency to be unfaithful to his ~ladies~ which I know… totally shocking.
But even weirder than that is the INSANE measures he takes to cover up his tracks cause like, WHO HAS THE TIME?
Tana’s 46 MINUTE LONG VIDEO goes into vivid detail about her time dating Lil Xan.
More specifically, she tells the story of how he begged her to be his girlfriend after one night together, while he actively had like five other girlfriends.
Tana claims all of Lil Xan’s crew lied for him and tried to convince Tana she was the only woman in his life.
Tana said Lil Xan’s manager Adam literally told her she was ALL LIL XAN TALKED ABOUT AND WANTED TO MARRY HER LIKE RIGHT AWAY.
Tana explains it all came crashing down when she found out she was ONE of the many women Lil Xan had given passes to go see him perform at Rolling Loud music festival in California.
Once Tana saw one of Lil Xan’s girlfriends tweet she was going to Rolling Loud with Lil Xan, girlfriend knew she had been played !!!!!
Tana then claims she tried to help warn Noah Cyrus about Lil Xan and his womanizing ways, but heard through mutual friends that Noah hated her.

Tana said Noah totally ignored her at this past years VMA’s and it totally bummed her out cause sis just ~LOVES~ the Cyrus family.
Tana said , “I turn to see Lil Xan beelining toward me. And I see, out of my peripheral [vision], a very, very unhappy Noah Cyrus walking up to us. And I’m standing there … and she looks at me and it’s just this awkward-ass silence. … She just looks so f**king unhappy that she even had to, like, walk up to us.”
Howver, Noah took to Twitter to clear up the rumors.
Could a collab with Noah and Tana be in the works? I HOPE SO.
