Last week, on the sixth year anniversary of Paul Walker’s death, his daughter, Meadow, took to Instagram to pay tribute to her father and it’s making us all emotional af.

Paul passed away on November 30th, 2013, at the age of 40.

While he was in Santa Clarita, California, attending a charity event for “Reach Out Worldwide” to benefit victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines, he was involved in a fatal car accident.
He was reportedly seated in the passenger seat of a Porsche, alongside his friend who was the driver.
Both Paul and his friend were sadly pronounced dead on the scene.
At the time of the accident, Paul had just finished working on the movie Brick Mansions, and was in the middle of filming Fast & Furious 7.
Brick Mansions was released the following year, and “Fast & Furious 7” premiered in April 3, 2015.
It was a huge box office hit.
Thanks to Paul’s brother Cody — who closely resembles him, and the help of CGI, they were actually able to maintain his role for the entire film.
Since his death, friends, family, and fans have been paying tribute to him every year.
Vin Diesel, who was once Paul’s good friend and Fast & Furious co-star, has honored him on social media quite frequently.
In September, on Paul’s birthday, he shared this photo:
“So much to tell you… so much to share… as you know, we have been filming in Scotland. We threw a party for the crew last night in appreciation for all of their hard work,” he wrote.
“It was one of those moments that so often in the past we were together smiling and getting everyone drunk, especially Justin. Haha.”
“Who by the way would make you so proud with what he is accomplishing with this film.”
“Nathalie was there, in her loving spirit. Oh, and John Cena was there, who you would just love. His gratitude is palpable… and knowing you, you would just want him to win,” he continued.
“This week the studio came to meet about the next chapter, your ears were ringing again. You would have gotten a kick out of the fact that we met in a chapel. It was profound…”
“Normally today I would be planning how to embarrass you with a birthday cake. Haha,” he continued.
“Instead I reflect on how lucky I am to call you my brother. The tears never go away, but they change… “
“We only hope to make you proud. Speaking of which, guess what message I woke up to… your daughter. Meadow sending me love on this day.”

On the anniversary of Paul’s death, he shared this photo:

Another post that really stood out was one made by Paul Walker’s 21-year-old daughter, Meadow Walker, on his birthday, two years after his death.
“Reflecting on my father, I found myself reflecting on his passions,” she wrote.
“His passion for the ocean, his passion for rescuing animals, his passion for helping people and his passion for spontaneous goodwill.”
“wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with the world. I want to share that part of him with others.”
Her tribute to him on his birthday this year was just as touching.
“Happy birthday to the loveliest soul I’ll ever know,” she wrote alongside this photo .
But on the sixth year anniversary of her father’s death, she made a very special tribute to him on Instagram.
She shared this photo with a few members of the Fast & Furious family, with the caption: “Celebrating you today, and everyday”.
