Diana Truschke’s family reported that she passed away from her injuries more than a year and a half after a revolving door at a Trump hotel threw her out forcefully. Now, they’re suing, claiming the door caused her death.
The revolving door allegedly struck her with force
Her son says in a lawsuit that the 78-year-old real estate agent got hit hard by a faulty revolving door. It slammed into her back with so much force that it threw her several feet as she was walking out of the 64-story building.
Apparently, the door suddenly sped up while she was inside. When it pushed her out, she fell face-first and got hurt.
She was immediately rushed to the hospital
She was taken to the hospital right after, where she got treated. But sadly, over 18 months later, she passed away. Her son says it was because of complications from her injuries.
