Her son is suing Trump Hotels
Diana Truschke’s son and only heir, John Truschke, has filed a lawsuit against Trump International Hotels for alleged negligence after she died from injuries sustained by a fall at the Trump Hotel Las Vegas.

She received extensive treatment after the incident

The lawsuit also alleges that those injuries required ongoing and extensive treatment with complications eventually taking place, causing her to die on October 14, 2024 at the age of 78.
Trump Hotels is owned by the U.S. President

The lawsuit claims the hotel was negligent of maintenance
The suit claims that the revolving door was not in compliance with laws and regulations and pushed her in such a way that made her fall and sustain the injuries which later resulted in her death.
The lawsuit also alleges that the hotel should have been aware that the door was “not working properly.”
Her son is seeking damages from Trump Hotels
The lawsuit is seeking damages for the medical and funeral expenses as well as for the pain and suffering caused to her and her loved ones following the fall.
