If you’re wondering who the most flexible celeb in Hollywood is, Kate Beckinsale takes the cake, hands down.
While getting award-show ready this past Sunday for the 2020 Critics’ Choice Awards, the actress showed off her insane flexibility wearing nothing but basically just her underwear.

The “Underworld” actress showed this fact off back in October.
In a video shared to Instagram, her trainer, Brad, stretched her legs out.
Fans were both blown away and horrified by the fact that she could bend like that.
I mean, her trainer literally stretched her leg behind her head!
Forget “Bend it like Beckham,” it’s definitely “Bend it like Beckinsale” from now on.
Since Kate knows she’s flexible, she captioned the post as this: @bradsiskind and I and his little towels are running off to join the circus.”

Her daily stretching routine is necessary since the actress revealed to “Women’s Health” in December that she works out five to six times per week.
She does so mainly for the mental benefits.
“I’m very connected to my body, so if I’m going to experience stress, I’m probably going to experience it physically,” she said.
“So it’s usually a good idea for me to go do something physical to get rid of it.”
She continued: “I kind of have to think of myself as a horse or something – time for a run around the paddock.”
The star also loves yoga (that definitely keeps her flexible as well) since she finds that it prevents injuries.
Soon, fans took to the comments to share their astonishment, as well as their conspiracy theories over Kate having a rubber leg.
“Wowza,” wrote actress, Selma Blair.
“Are people supposed to bend like that?” added another.
The rumor about her having a rubber leg got so out of hand that Kate even had to address it while on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
She began by saying that it was her mom — of all people — who alerted her to the crazy rumors.
“My mum texted me and said that in England people think I’ve got a fake leg,” she said.
Now that’s one text you don’t get everyday.
“I’m quite flexible, so now there’s a thought that possibly I’ve got a rubber leg or a pretend leg.”
“If I had [a rubber leg], I’ve kept it awfully quiet for decades,” Kate joked .
She then explained the reason why she’s so flexible:
“I did a lot of ballet when I was a kid and now I can cause worry about a fake leg. That’s really all I’ve got.”
“I haven’t been injured while doing an action movie, and I think it’s partially from practicing yoga,” she shared.
She also credited the exercise for helping her with balance.
Well, now Kate is back at it again, showing off her *insane* flexibility.
But this time, she did so in her underwear.
While getting glam for this past Sunday’s 2020 Critics’ Choice Awards, Kate shared quite the unique video.
“Getting ready for the #criticschoiceawards with @robscheppy, @peter.savic, Clive, Myf and NO SCRUBS. Rob’s pretty thorough,” she captioned the clip.
Her makeup artist then lifts up the 46-year-old’s leg to apply body makeup.
Meanwhile, her cat just sat on her lap the whole time, unbothered.
BTW, in case you think applying body makeup on the legs is weird, just know that Kate’s not the celeb first to do so.
