It’s official! Henry Cavill, aka Superman, has swapped his cape for a much more important role: Superdad. The couple just welcomed their first baby together, and it’s a big moment for them both.
Henry and Natalie’s love story kicked off in early 2021
The two were first spotted strolling hand-in-hand through London. Soon after, they shared their relationship on Instagram. Henry posted a picture with the caption, “This is me looking quietly confident shortly before my beautiful and brilliant love Natalie, destroys me at chess.” Cute, right?

The couple made their red carpet debut at the Enola Holmes 2 premiere in October 2022. They looked totally in love, and things didn’t slow down after that.

Even before Natalie was pregnant, Henry had thought about what kind of dad he wanted to be. In a 2017 interview with Men’s Health U.K., he said, “If I ever have kids one day, I want to be the dad who’s running round after them.”
He also mentioned he wants to stay fit and healthy, not like someone who “hobbles round like, ‘OK, I’m just going to catch a breather.'”

When Natalie got pregnant, the couple was so excited to share the news. Henry told Access Hollywood, “Natalie and I are very, very excited.” He also said how much his own parents inspired him to become a dad. Sweet.
