Fellow actress Felicity Huffman pled guilty to paying a $15k bribe to improve her daughter's SAT score, and only served 11 days of a 14 day sentence.

Lori could face a maximum of forty years if found guilty.

Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani says it's possible that Olivia and Bella may also face charges.

Rahmani told People, "At a minimum the daughters will be witnesses in a trial against their parents, but they could also be charged as defendants.”

Due to the multiple charges that have been added to Lori and her husband's case, Rahmani feels that the government is trying to put pressure on the couple to take a plea deal.

“The government has made it clear that they are going to keep increasing pressure on both Lori and Mossimo,” says Rahmani. “By not pleading, Lori and Mossimo are exposing their children to being charged.”
