Game of Thrones will always be a topic of discussion for fans, no matter how much time has passed.
Right now, fans are discussing the fact that the showrunners of the show, David Benioff and DB Weiss, are stepping down from doing anything with Star Wars.
They are currently working on a Netflix project and wanted to dedicate their time to that.
“There are only so many hours in the day, and we felt we could not do justice to both Star Wars and our Netflix projects. So we are regretfully stepping away.”
It's no secret that a lot of people hated the last season of Game of Thrones, so fans are happy to see that Star Wars won't be rushed.
