Before you declare that this is the opinion of only a handful of people, rest assured thousands agree. Business Insider conducted a reader survey and six fast food chains came up.
Burger King and Wendy's tied for fifth spot
In both cases, 11 percent of respondents who had visited Burger King or Wendy's in the last six months said they had the best fries.
Arby's and Chick-fil-A came in fourth and third place, respectively
Apparently, Arby's doesn't just have the meats. They have the fourth best fries, too.
McDonald's came in close second
Long considered the reigning champions of fast food fries, McDonald's took the second spot. But it was a tight race — 44 percent to Five Guys' 46 percent victory.
Can we all just agree that fries are the best?
This will undoubtedly start a territorial war over who has the best fries, but let's just agree on one universal truth: French fries are delicious.
