'Swing Set Susan' Claims She's A Cop As She Harasses Teens Playing In Park

A Texas woman has come under fire, at least online, after her expletive-laden rant harassing a group of teens playing on a swing set in a public park was caught on camera and shared on social media.

The group of Hispanic teens had gathered around a swing set in a public park and were laughing and playing when the woman started yelling at them to stop.

The video showed a blonde woman in a white and blue shirt, who has since come to be referred to as "Swing Set Susan" or "Swing Set Sally," approach the group and grab the swing before tearing into the teens.

Her main issue seemed to be that she felt the teens were too old to be playing at the park.

"Stop! Stop! It's a children's park, stop. Stop now," she yelled.

When the confused teens simply looked at each other and claimed that they were young enough to be there, the woman got even more aggressive.

"No you're not! And if you think you're a f---ing child, are you over the age [allowed here]?"

When the teens protested further, the woman claimed to be with the police and gestured for them to leave.

"I'm a f---ing PD, so get the f--- out of here now if you're not here to play as a child," she yelled. "Read the f---ing sign."

One of the teens replied, saying she was 16, which set the woman off even more.

"Right, then you're not a f---ing child. Thirteen or younger. Actually not, because you provoked yourself as a child and you're not even acting like a child. Are you? You said you're 16. If you're not, I can literally arrest you as an adult. Which is your choice? Are you a child or are you a goddamned adult?"

As the poster of the video said, the teens chose to leave because the woman wouldn't stop yelling at them.

After posting video of the incident on Twitter, internet sleuths identified the woman in the video, who it turns out had been harassing others in the park that day and was known to police — and was not a police officer.

Others reported the encounter to Fort Worth PD as well

In an update, Fort Worth PD noted that they had begun an investigation into the encounter, and the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported that the woman may have been intoxicated.
