Rumer Willis Defends Demi Moore After Sharing Revealing Details On Her Relationship With Ashton Kutcher

After all of the drama Demi Moore endured from exposing shocking details about her marriage to Ashton Kutcher, her daughter is speaking out in her defense.

Ever since the release of her tell-all memoir "Inside Out," every area of Demi Moore's life has been under intense scrutiny.

That's because the book reveals several shocking bombshells that the actress, 56, has kept hidden for so long.

This includes very heavy stuff, such as her being trafficked by her mother at the age of 15 for $500.

There are also some very surprising details involving her high-profile marriages to Bruce Willis, with whom she has three kids — Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah — and her one with Ashton Kutcher, who was 16 years younger.

According to the book, things with Kutcher, who she wed in 2005, began going downhill after she suffered from a miscarriage.

She was six months pregnant at the time.

Another shocking detail she shared from their marriage was how he asked for threesomes.

"I put him first," she wrote.

"So when he expressed his fantasy of bringing a third person into our bed, I didn't say no. I wanted to show him how great and fun I could be."

Engaging in these acts caused the "Ghost" actress a lot of shame, as well as leading her to believe that it's what caused Ashton to allegedly cheat twice during their marriage.

“Because we had brought in a third party into our relationship, Ashton said, that blurred the lines and, to some extent, justified what he’s done,” Moore wrote.

That wasn't all. She also wrote that she blames him for breaking her 20 years of sobriety.

"Ashton was enjoying a glass of good red wine when he said, 'I don’t know if alcoholism is a real thing — I think it's all about moderation,'" she wrote.

"I wanted to be that girl. The girl who could have a glass of wine at dinner, or do a tequila shot at a party. In my mind, Ashton wanted that, too."

From there, her issues with substance abuse spiraled her down a dark path.

They were made even worse once she and Ashton split.

All of this caused her to develop strained relationships with her three daughters.

A source told People that she “didn’t take care of herself” and “she didn’t have the best relationship with her daughters either. Her life was just chaos.”

Sadly, everything came to a head when she had a drug-induced seizure in front of Rumer while at a party.

"My daughter [was] terrified that she was gonna see me die right in front of her," she told ABC News.

"All of a sudden I was back in my body. I was being given a choice. Something had to give."

"When you come up to those places you either go in or go out."

Thankfully, Demi has since regained sobriety and is thriving.

She's even reconciled with her daughters.

But if there's one relationship we don't see Demi mending fences with anytime soon, it's definitely Ashton.

That's because he's tweeted out some frustration to all of the allegations Demi has made about him in the book. Even wife, Mila Kunis, "hates" what Demi wrote.

For example, Ashton's first tweet said, "I was about to push the button on a really snarky tweet. Then I saw my son, daughter, and wife and I deleted it," he wrote on Twitter.

Then, he even tweeted out his number to fans so that they could get the "truth."

However, the texts had nothing to do with Demi, but rather President Donald Trump's impeachment.

Ashton appears to have taken the high road ever since then.

He was recently all smiles while visiting Disneyland with Mila and their two kids.

One person who is publicly standing by Demi, though, is her daughter, Rumer.

The actress recently appeared on an episode of The Talk, where she spoke out in defense of her mother.

"I think so many women have watched her, just as her daughters watch her, as this beacon of strength and this leader."

"What I really respect about her is that she is never the victim in her stories," Rumer continued.

"She takes accountability. She takes responsibility. This is her perspective, her story. And she's the first one to say that."

"She's allowing herself to show everyone that you can go through some really difficult, hard things and you can still be someone who is thriving and taking accountability and just being a strong survivor."

High praise from a supportive daughter!

If there's any good that can come out from all of this drama it's this: there's nothing stronger than mother-daughter love!
