Well, last time we saw Chloe and Lucifer, they had been separated.

Well, some fans think that it may be someone that we have yet to see on the show, but appeared in the comic and in fact the bible pretty heavily.

But why? Why would Michael come down now?

So, he's coming down to either A) destroy the baby or B) bring Chloe up to heaven with him.
