Are you a fan of upcycling? If you are, you must always be looking for fun projects to do, huh? I honestly envy you. I wish I had more time to do so, too.
But for now, I’m going to admire what these folks came up with because their ideas are brilliant. Check them out and let me know what you think.
1. This Lamp
If you’re a musician, you might appreciate this one. Somebody decided to turn an old snare drum into the coolest lamp I’ve ever seen. What do you think of it? Isn’t it so unique and cool? I think it’s fabulous.
2. This Chair
This person found an old chair at Goodwill, and they gave it a new lease on life. I really love what they did with this upholstered job here. Doesn’t this chair look like it’s brand new or what?
3. This Table
If you found this table on the side of the road, would you have taken it? This lady did, and she turned it into an art project. She decided to use a flowery magazine and modge podge it to the top.
4. This Clock
Who knew that an old clock you find at a thrift store could turn into something this cool? This person customized it for a friend’s gift and included a picture of their beloved pooch. Aw, that’s so cute.
5. This Sink
OMG, what am I looking at here? Is this an old bike used as the support for this sink? Well, I’ll be damned it actually is! I have to say I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like this.
6. This Coat Rack
Here’s another musical inspiration for you. Somebody used an old guitar neck to make this cool coat and key rack. I have to admit my fiancé, who’s a guitar player, would love that. What a great idea!
7. This Planter
Okay, one more for those fans of music, hee, hee. If you happen to own or find an old piano that doesn’t work anymore, here’s a creative idea. You can turn it into a fantastic outdoor planter/fountain like this one.
8. These Lanterns
If you’re looking for truly unique house decor, I think I’ve got an awesome idea for you. You can turn those cheese graters into the most fantastic indoor lanterns I’ve ever seen. What do you think of these?
10. This Ladder Shelf
What in the world? Is that a ladder someone repurposed to make a shelf out of here? Wow, that’s something you don’t see every day, huh? What an inventive idea. If this is type of unusual decor you enjoy, then go for it.
9. These Chairs
If you have some spare chairs in your storage, you may want to check out this clever idea here. Not only do they serve a purpose to hang your clothes, but they can be used as regular chairs, too.
11. These Dolls
Oh my goodness, what is that, you ask? Well, as it turns out, somebody made these fabulous-looking dolls out of old mops. Wow, I’ve got to admit I’m pretty impressed. They are very unique, huh?
Oh wow, I can’t believe how creative some people are with repurposing old items here.

12. These Dog Bowls
Is your tall dog always bending down to the floor to use his dog bowl? Well, not anymore. Why not make him the most useful and comfortable feeding station using some old chairs, huh? I adore this idea.

What can you do with your old CDs now that you don’t listen to them any more thanks to online music? You can take a page from this person’s creative playbook and turn them into a decorative plate like this one.
