Billie Eilish Breaks Down In Tears And Runs Offstage After Injuring Herself During Concert

Billie Eilish should be on top of the world right now — she finally got a number one song on the Billboard charts (and she's the first person born after 2000 to do so), she's on everyone's list of new musicians to watch out for, her baggy style is iconic, and she's got legions of dedicated, passionate fans who love and support her.

Unfortunately, it looks like you really can't have it all.

Billie has been candid about how she's prone to injuries in the past.

Speaking to Metro News earlier this year, Billie spoke about how at the young age of 17, she feels like, "My body is broken," and that, "My whole life I have been prone to injuries. It is so bad, even since I was little," saying she had performed with a torn hip flexor muscle and shin splints in the past.

Billie recently sprained one of her ankles on stage.

During her performances, Billie loves to energetically jump around the stage, and that resulted in a sprained ankle in Los Angeles a few weeks ago. However, Billie kept up performances.

Billie has said that her team constantly tries to get her to perform less strenuously.

However, Billie has said she doesn't want to disappoint her fans. She said, "My team have said that I could go out [on stage], lay on the floor and the audience would be perfectly fine with it, because those kids are amazing and there to have fun, not be mad at me."

A new video shows that Billie injured herself yet again at a concert in Italy while jumping around to her song 'Bad Guy.'

In the video, Billie has to immediately sit down, and begins to explain to the crowd, while getting choked up, "Dude, I sprained my ankle immediately. That’s so embarrassing. Ugh, and dude, I sprained this one, like, a month ago. This [expletive] hurts."

She continues, becoming visibly upset. "This is a nightmare for real. I can't do this."

“It’s so stupid because I’m, like, choked up right now because I’d rather not do a show than do a crappy version for you, like I just want to give you a good show, like I can’t,” Billie said, before running off the stage. Billie did return to finish her set, according to reports.

Fans have been incredibly supportive of Eilish since her injury.

Like this group of fans who co-ordinated to bring signs reading, "Don't jump, we'll do it for you."

We hope Billie has a fast recovery and doesn't feel pressure to over-exert herself while she heals!
