The youngest Little People, Big World sibling, Jacob Roloff, and his now-wife, Isabel Sofia Rock, tied the knot on Saturday, September 7th, at a rustic-themed, farmhouse ceremony.
The couple announced their engagement in December, 2017.

"..we got ENGAGED! It happened in Iceland on the frozen pond, Tjörnin, late on Christmas So much love for this beautiful soul @izzysofia_ . Here’s to many more Christmas’, you n me," Jacob wrote on Instagram.
Last September, Isabel revealed the official wedding date with a heartfelt post on Instagram.

She opened up about how she was going through a very overwhelming time in her life, but that she was looking forward to and focusing on her soon-to-be marriage.
“This has been a really challenging season of life for me, and for us," she wrote.

"We have been in ‘transition’ for what feels like an eternity."
"Planning a wedding, going back to school, finding a place to live that fits us and gives us a sense of community, always fixing our beloved van," she said.

"While also trying to manage an art business has felt a wee bit overwhelming for me at times."
"I know it is all part of our journey, and I am trying to honor that while also manage my anxiety,” she went on.

One month ahead of the wedding, Jacob gushed over having a date night his soon-to-be-wife.

Dressed up and went on a date night with Izzy last night. Just around a month til I’m goin on dates with my wife,” he wrote on Instagram.
“Like a pot of warm tea She and I is easy to me," he added.

After the farmhouse ceremony, the party moved outside for the reception under a canopy of twinkling lights.
Jacob's older brother, Jeremy Roloff, and his pregnant wife, Audrey, shared photos and videos of the joyous occasion to their Instagram stories.

The two were carrying signs that read “Just” and “Married” as Jacob and Isabel exited the farmhouse for the first time officially as husband and wife.
“They are married!!” she captioned the video, adding “Congrats [Jacob] and [Isabel].”

The toddlers were struggling to walk in sync — as Jackson stopped walking halfway and Ember ran ahead to her mother.
Zach Roloff, Jackson's father, can be seen scampering up behind his son, trying to get him to continue walking.
