There are few female characters in cinema more iconic than Sarah Connor. You either wanted to grow up to be her or to marry her, and usually you just had to settle for trying to imitate the mullet.
The actress behind her, Linda Hamilton, isn't scared of opening up about her personal life — including her sex life. Or... lack of sex life, as it happens.
In an interview with The New York Times, Linda was discussing her hiatus from acting, her return to the iconic role, and her divorce from famous director James Cameron in 1999.
She continued, "“One loses track, because it just doesn’t matter — or at least it doesn’t matter to me." Honestly? Good for her!
"I have a very romantic relationship with my world every day and the people who are in it," she explained to the publication about why she wasn't bothered with the stint of celibacy.
You know what? I can really relate to Linda on that one. Whoopi Goldberg once said the reason she wasn't married was because she doesn't "want somebody in my house," which I also relate to.
