Pete Davidson Went Off On University Crowd For Being On Their Phones During His Set

Pete Davidson never hides what he's feeling, and that's what some people love about it. It's also what some people hate about him, and he's gotten plenty of both emotions in reaction to an outburst he had while performing at the University of Central Florida.

Pete had hardly started his set when he noticed that some audience members were filming his performance.

Pete then went on a tirade, saying that the crowd was full of "privileged little [expletives]" who were ruining it for the people who actually want to be there and enjoy the show without recording it on their phones.

He received some applause, but quickly shut it down.

"Don't cheer, you're the ones who were doing it," he added, pointing out the hypocrisy for cheering him for saying not to film while still filming him.

"That's why we're embarrassing."

"That's why the world is going to end in 25 years, because you're all [expletives]," Pete continued. "Don't you want adults to respect us? Don't you want your parents to be proud of you? Do you know how embarrassing it is to be our age and walk out and know everyone thinks you're a [expletive] idiot?"

He repeatedly berated the crowd for their "embarrassing" behavior.

"I gotta have my boy patrol you, like you're five year olds? That's embarrassing. Grow up," Pete said, noting that "the signs said no phones."

TMZ reports that those in attendance said that there were no signs saying anything about phone usage posted anywhere in the venue. You can watch his profanity-laden rant here, but be warned, it is NSFW.
