Look, no marriage is perfect. I am the last person to be judging anyone's relationship because no one really knows what goes on behind closed doors. However, when you're on a TLC reality show where the sole purpose is to document your marriage, I am going to have something to say about it.
And that message goes out to you, Kody Brown!
Fans of the series have seen the Browns give birth, relocate, get married, relocate, go on family trips, relocate, build homes, and relocate.
However, fans have never seen the family this unhappy.
While tensions have been rising for several seasons, things came to a head on Sunday night's episode.
On Sunday night, fans watched as Christine opened up about a difficult conversation she had with Kody about the "intimate side" of their marriage, as per People.
"He goes, 'I'm not interested in having an intimate marriage anymore. I don't like your behavior. We'll see if you can be a good sister wife,' and all this," recalls Christine.
"I'm like, 'That's not enough for me. I can't not have an intimate marriage.'" she continues.
I can't even imagine the devastation and heartbreak Christine was filled with at this moment.
As viewers of the show know, Kody has a "friendship" marriage with first wife Meri, but it's clear that arrangement was not going to work with Christine.
As fans may recall, Kody has previously expressed not being physically attracted to Christine anymore. however, she had been holding onto hope that that would change.
"That's not a real marriage. I'm not interested in a half marriage or a partial marriage or whatever we have."
As fans will recall, the couple publically announced their decision to end their marriage last November in a series of Instagram posts.
"At this time, we ask for your grace and kindness as we navigate through this stage within our family."
I'm just so glad the 49-year-old is doing what is best for her and her family!
