Former Victoria’s Secret Employee Shares The Awkward Fitting Room Mistake People Make

Whether it's your first bra or your 15th bra, buying one is always a slight pain in the butt. Those things change size for no reason, and your once-perfect fit might no longer be, you know, your forever perfect fit.

"I used to work at Victoria’s Secret in the dressing rooms and would help fit people for their bras, and I just have to let you guys know a little secret."

I am positively shivering with anticipation.

Or like, I would be if I didn't know the story.

"We can fit you for your bras with your clothes on."

It never occurred to me that some people didn't know this, but I guess not everyone can know everything...right? Oh boy.

"I mean, when you’ve seen one pair of [breasts] you’ve seen ‘em all, so it was not a big deal. But everybody just willingly whips them out and you’re just like,

'Okay, uh…excuse me, I’m gonna come around here with this tape…'"

"I mean I loved my job, you really got to boost a lot of people’s confidence instantly, just by giving them the right bra."

As someone who has struggled her entire life with finding the right bra, I can confirm how amazing it feels to be in one that fits.

"But I will say, it never gets easier trying to play Ju-Jitsu with a measuring tape and an 82-year-old pair of knee knockers."

Not the knee knockers! That comment had me laughing for a solid 30 seconds.

And chimed in that they too had seen their share of boobs, so seeing a random pair wasn't much of a shock! I can't imagine just whipping my boobs out to a stranger, but that's me I guess.

Honestly, yes. I've known quite a few people who worked in fittings in the past, and all of them could guess my band size right off the bat. It's one hell of a magic trick (and fun at parties).
