Eminem's 28-Year-Old Daughter Alaina Scott Announces Her Engagement

It's hard to believe that Eminem has a wedding to plan now that his eldest daughter Alania has recently announced that she's engaged. There are so many questions that are sure to pop up: What will the wedding venue look like? What kind of dress will Alania wear? and most importantly Will Eminem perform the entire 8 Mile soundtrack at the wedding?

Fans of the legendary Eminem will remember Alaina's biological mother, Dawn Scott, was the sister of Eminem's ex-wife Kim Scott.

The rapper, who shares 25-year-old Hailie with Kim, legally adopted Alania when she was a child.

Dawn died in 2016 from a suspected drug overdose.

In 2004, Eminem name-dropped Alaina in his hit song "Mockingbird," rapping, "Lainie, uncle's crazy ain't he? / Yeah, but he loves you girl and you better know it / We're all we got in this world."

Now, congratulations are in order for Alaina, who recently announced she's engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Matt Moeller.

The pair, who have been together for over seven years, haven't been shy about their love on social media.

In July, Alania posted for their anniversary.

"While my love for you has somehow grown over these last 7 years, one thing has remained the same - you are my favorite person."

She continued:

"You are my best friend, the best fur dad, and the best partner. Thank you for loving me as effortlessly as you do. Happy anniversary, ILY."

Back in 2004, Eminem opened up about his relationship with Alaina.

"I have full custody of my niece and joint custody of [my daughter] Hailie," the rapper said at the time. "I was always there for Hailie, and my niece has been a part of my life ever since she was born. Me and Kim pretty much had her, she'd live with us wherever we was at."

He went on to share his parenting advice with the publication.

"Teach them right from wrong as best I can, try not to lose my temper, try to set guidelines and rules and boundaries. Never lay a hand on them."

"Let them know it's not right for a man to ever lay his hands on a female," he continued.

"Despite what people may think of me and what I say in my songs — you know, me and Kim have had our moments — I'm trying to teach them and make them learn from my mistakes. It's almost like juggling — juggling the rap life and fatherhood."

Well, it seems the advice he gave his daughters worked as they both are now in loving, happy relationships.

Fans were overjoyed to learn Alaina was all grown up and thriving to say the least.

Sharing a series of sweet rooftop photos, the 28-year-old wrote: "this moment. this life. yes a hundred times over. I LOVE YOU!"

We're so thrilled for Alaina, and we can't wait to see that father/ daughter dance, amirite?!
