13 Going on 30 was essentially a religion to my friends and in 2004. We would blast Whitney Houston, rock bright Barbie pink lipstick, and buy each other matching butterfly necklaces for our birthdays.
Now, it's hard to believe that so much time has passed that young Jenna just turned 30, but let's just say it doesn't make me feel like I'm flirty or thriving!
