Adele Gets The Same McDonald's Order At Least Once A Week So She's My Icon

Sometimes, it's hard to look at celebrities like real people—like us. With all that fame and money, it's difficult to think that they do things that us normal folks do, too. Take Grammy Award Winning singer Adele, for example. With platinum records and a voice like an angel, how can she do things that us average Joe's do every single day?

Adele has been one of the top names in the music industry for years.

After her best-selling album "21" brought her to the top of the industry, Adele became a household name when it came to talking about voices of a century. Her songs like "Somebody Like You" and "Rolling In The Deep" were just two of the several that we still sing regularly.

However, the singer had some struggles that took her out of the studio for some time.

Back in 2011, Adele underwent throat microsurgery for her vocal cords and took a hiatus from the music industry. During this time, she began dating entrepreneur Simon Konecki and their son was born later in 2012.

In 2021, Adele later revealed that the two had been married and divorced within the same year.

Despite wanting to keep much of her life private, the singer and songwriter revealed in a 2021 British Vogue interview that she and Konecki had been married and also divorced in 2018. She revealed that it really took a massive toll on her, as well.

The British Vogue article made headlines, as Adele has not shared much about her personal life in several years.

The mom of one has kept her life rather private and out of the press for several years, not wanting to share much about what has been going on in her world.

The article was a major turning point for the singer, who is now being more vocal about her career and personal life, too.

One thing that Adele opened up about was something totally unexpected.

In the British Vogue interview, one thing the singer said was that she, like many of us, dreams of hitting the McDonald's drive-through once a week.

And, her cheat meal is something we can all get down with, too. It's not just one item, it's three.

Adele revealed her "death row" meal would be three McDonald's staples.

The singer revealed that her "ideal death row meal" would be chicken McNuggets, a Big Mac, and an order of McDonald's french fries.

She also revealed she would hit the McDonald's drive-through once a week and get it if she could.

This came as a shock to many, as Adele has undergone a total body and health transformation over the years.

Many fans were shocked and also enamored by Adele's weight loss over the years, as she had kept much of her health journey private and to herself instead of opening up about it constantly on social media or in the spotlight.

She did reveal that her weight loss was "not a sudden thing."

The singer revealed in the British Vogue article that it took "years" and a lot of dedication, time, and effort to get her body to where it is now and where she wants it to be. In fact, it was something she trained for.

She said it was "for herself" and "no one else."

"People are shocked because I didn't share my 'journey.' They're used to people documenting everything on Instagram, and most people in my position would get a big deal with a diet brand. I couldn't give a flying [expletive]. I did it for myself and not anyone else," she said.

Along with her first interview in years, Adele released her first single in 6 years.

Along with her new body, Adele has also dropped her first single in several years titled "Easy on Me." In addition, her latest album, "30" drops on November 19. In her interview, she revealed her album would also help explain her divorce to her son.

While celebrities may feel like they're "better than us," it's nice to see how Adele is so human.

Going through major life trauma like love and loss, wanting to get their body back into shape, and even wanting to hit McDonald's multiple times a week—it's true, Adele may have a world-renowned voice, but she truly is just like us.
